Dijon, Musée archéologique
The collections come from all over the Côte-d'Or. Set up initially by the Departmental Antiquities Commission, they were installed in the dormitory of the St. Bénigne abbey from 1930. The museum has been run by the municipality since 1955. |

Dijon, Musée Magnin
This museum, which is the Lantin House, one of the finest 17th century residences in Dijon, owes its existence to two committed collectors, Jeanne and Maurice Magnin. They brought together a remarkable collection of paintings, drawings and objects, which they bequeathed to the State in 1938. According to their wishes, this museum has retained the look of an art lover's habitat and a home that is lived in. The originality of this collection and its refined setting make it a place to savour in the heart of Dijon. |
